About Chuck:

Chuck Igo is a broadcast professional and member of the Maine Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame, having worked at radio stations in Maine (WGAN, WYJY-WIDE, WCSH, WPOR & WABK) and in Boston (WHDH, WBZ, WCLB, WBCS, WKLB & WROR), currently the morning host on Portland’s WYNZ-FM. Living in South Portland since 1981, he makes his home and shares his life with wife Debbie.  Their children have grown and married, with daughter Erin & husband Greg working to handle their very active twins, Charlotte & Finnigan; daughter Emily & husband Damien are kept busy by their son, Lawrence; and son Connor works very hard as a software engineer here in Maine.  A native of Massachusetts, Chuck grew up in Cambridge, graduated from Burlington High and attended Boston’s Grahm Junior College prior to entering the U.S. Navy in 1977. His Navy duties allowed him to experience life in Charleston, SC, San Diego, CA and Brunswick, Maine. It is as a result of writing countless pages of radio commercial copy that he decided to try his hand at a more long-form writing project, and thus was born this debut effort, Taken Identity.
